I am hooked on cricut.It's so much fun to work with it.I made this squirrel from Create A Critter 2 cartridge. All the critters are so cute.I will be posting some more stuff later.I wanted to do this card for fall.I just could'nt resist the cute little squirell.I hope you all like it as much as I do.

Cute Little Girl

I saw so many challenges today which had the "Happy Birthday" theme and I had made this card  a few days back .Hope you all like it.I love this cute girl stamp it's called "Amber In Her Star T-Shirt" from Stampabilities. I Used the circle Spellbinder die cuts and they are so easy to use.

I started making this card for "Less is More" challenge and the theme was Love and Marriage.I like how its turned out.I used the cream cardstock and embossed it with the hearts and added vellum quotes.Embellished it with gemstones,brads and a flower.Since " less is more" for this challenge i did not want to add too many embellishments.Thanks for stopping by and would love to hear your comments.

I made this card for twistedtuesdaychallenges and the challenge was to make a card without using any machines like cricut,cuttlebug or punches.I had fun making this card.I stamped an image and colored it. For embellishments I quilled flowers to go with the card and added some ribbon and some gemstones.Hope you all like it.

This one I did just for fun.My daughter wanted me to quill a Hello Kitty from the coloring pages she had .She colored the pattern the way she wanted it and I quilled it with the same combination.

I had never tried watercolor with stamps so i tried it on this stamped image by stamapabilities its called lucy watering the flowers.I punched some flowers and put them together with brads and punched a trellis and added the flowers on it to give the climbing flower effect.Hope you all like it and please do leave a comment to let me know what you all think of it.

First session

I am finishing my first session of classes and it has been a great experience I am posting the final project that was completed by the kids and I framed it and sent it home with them. Please take a look and leave a comment.

I wanted to quill something other than flowers and when I came across a quilled peacock I wanted to try it. I was happy with how it turned out. I enjoyed working on this project.

I had fun making this project. I wanted this project to have a little bit of everything. It has 5 different flowers a butterfly and a ladybug.I also included weaving for the basket.

Just for my crafts

It is essential to have space just for crafting. It took me a while to make space for all my things but finally I have created a space where I can do my crafting.

Another interesting week

The Art of quilling is awesome. The best part is I had everything to start this craft and i did not have to go out and buy a dozen things.This is one of best things I ever learnt.This is the first project i am going to teach in my quilling class

My students work

I was so happy and thrilled after my students finished their first lesson of quill work on greeting cards.They are just 8 and 9 year olds. They did an awesome job.

Fondant cakes

I love to work with fondant.I make my own with marshmellows.Marshmellow fondant tastes much better than store bought fondant.The possibilities are endless with fondant cakes.
