I made these personalised shadow boxes for my kids teachers as gifts.Teachers play a very important role in educating the kids.Initial years in school are very important as it shapes your thinking, attitude and your views. As Solomon Ortiz said,"Education is the key to success in life, and teachers make a lasting impression in the lives of their students." I wanted to make something that will be a keepsake for them.
My frames are for the ICRC32 Challenge this month at ICR which is Back To School with a Twist of using any school elements. So do join us this week also and show us your wonderful creations.
To make these frames I used shadow boxes and used my cricut to cut out the alphabets.I love the shadow feature on the cricut which lets you cut out the alphabet a little bigger so that you can give the layering effect to your project. I added embellishments I had in my stash to go with the school theme.Hope you all like it and I would love to hear your comments. Thanks for stopping by.
